I’m just saying, they’re basically the same thing as virtues from the bible

Improv

Bible

Accepting

Kindness

Unselfish love and voluntary kindness without bias or spite

While you can be a jerk in improv, the basic action of accepting another person’s reality is pure voluntary kindness.

Support/Building

Temperance

Constant mindfulness of others and one’s surroundings;
Proper moderation between self-interest versus public interest,
and against the rights and needs of others

We build ideas by adding to others or bringing something ourselves.  Balance giving and taking, stepping forward and stepping back.

Honesty

Chastity

To be honest with oneself, one’s family, and to all of humanity

Art and honesty go hand in hand my friend.

Commitment

Diligence

A zealous and careful nature in one’s actions and work; decisive work ethic, steadfastness in belief, fortitude, and the capability of not giving up

Like Rihanna says, “Work, work, work work, work.”

Trust

Charity

Love, in the sense of an unlimited loving kindness towards all others

And what better way to love then to give your complete trust to your partner.

Trust

Humility

Humility is not thinking less of yourself, it is thinking of yourself less

Focus on your partner and stop trying to show boat.

Patience

Patience

Enduring the seemingly unbearable with patience and dignity

We’ve all had those partners and shows.
