Can we all just agreed that doors are a son of a bitch?

They always are moving.  They open different all the time.  And most of all, when one improviser creates one door, inevitably another improviser walks through it because they forgot it was there or that it was closed.

So today, let’s practice opening doors!

  1. Find a door
  2. Open the door
  3. Close the door
  4. Mime that action
  5. Repeat steps 1-4 as much as you have time for

Again, this is all just a practice of being aware.  Focusing on the details, and creating muscle memory so that you don’t have to think about it when you are on stage.
